Why is Exercise Important?
Exercise is like high octane fuel for your body stimulating your body’s ability to produce the hormones responsible for giving you your youthful vitality. Research has shown that exercise is important for promoting good health, functional independence, and quality of life in adults. In other words: exercise may help slow the aging process by preventing or reducing the chances of disease and disability.
Your Personalized Program:
Even if you have not been active in a while or are new to exercise, the fitness trainer we will refer you to will be able to design a very personal program that will contribute to your overall Age Management and Life Enhancement program. The fitness trainer will meet with you for your personal consultation and fitness assessment and will evaluate your cardiovascular health, joint flexibility, and muscle strength through physical testing. At the end of the assessment, you will receive a fitness evaluation report. This information will then be incorporated into your Age Management program. Further personal training sessions can be arranged independently by talking with the trainer.
